    • You’ll then be guided through a series of techniques including breathwork, body activation, Kundalini Activation, and energy release.

    • Emotional, cinematic music supports the journey—it’s carefully chosen to stir what’s been suppressed and help your body release it. You may cry, tremble, feel warmth or energy moving, reconnect with your inner child, or experience the presence of something bigger.

    • Many feel a connection to spirit, loved ones, or soul memories. Some receive visions or clarity. Others simply feel peace for the first time in a long time.

    • The session closes with a grounding meditation and a sharing circle, where you’re invited (not required) to speak what came through, integrate your experience, and reconnect with the body.
